I spent many years representing insurance companies, but now I put that experience and knowledge to work helping individuals and families who wish to file a defective product lawsuit, wrongful death or injury claim. I focus my law practice 100 percent on getting my clients the compensation they need to pick up the pieces after devastating accidents.
I was born in Denver, Colorado and earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1997 from the University of Denver with a focus in Finance and Statistics. In 2001, I earned both my J.D. and a M.B.A. from the University of Kansas.
I was the recipient of the Oliver J. Hughes Memorial Scholarship and winner of the Payne & Jones Award. I have experience in both State Court and Federal Court and received admittance to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. I am a member of The Florida Bar, Florida Justice Association, Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
I became a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum in 2014. Established in 1993, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum is a group whose membership is limited to attorneys who have won million dollar verdicts and settlements. Certification by the Million Dollar Advocates Forum provides recognition of such accomplishment and a national network of colleagues for information exchange, assistance and professional referral.
