Mr. Kirby provided me with excellent service in obtaining a settlement from an accident I was in. He explained the process and managed my expectations well throughout. Not only did Winston alleviate the burden of going through the process on my own but the final settlement was also greater than initially expected.

I hired Winston as my attorney after sustaining several major injuries as a passenger in a serious car accident. He was very thorough and kept me updated the entire time, allowing me to solely concentrate on recovery, without having to stress about what would happen with my case. Winston got me the maximum payout I could have received through the person at fault's insurance. However, there were outside issues with my insurance company and hospital billing that were going to leave me with a much lower payment outcome. Even though Winston's work was technically already done, he further spent countless hours dealing with less than cooperative insurance representatives to get me back to the best outcome possible. I will be forever grateful for the amount of time and all of the hard work Winston spent on this case with my best interest always in mind.
