I've been a client of Mrs. Pinhas in many different issues. First, we retained her to incorporate our business in NY. She provided a superb work! The process was really fast and easy. After that we retained her to review and negotiate contracts and to overview the international transactions involving the importation of Brazilian products for our import/export company. She was perfect for that job because she understands the laws of both countries U.S. and Brazil. After that we retained her again to take care of the H-1B visas of the Brazilian folks we've hired to work with us. I totally recommend Mrs. Pinhas. She is extremely friendly with superb professional ethics. She gets the job done! Her languages skills and experience overseas help a lot when it comes to matters involving international transactions.

Mrs. Pinhas has helped my family many times with different sort of issues, since we live in Brazil and have investments in the USA. We hired her services to negotiate Real State contracts and take care of all the international transactions involved. We still consult with her every time we have questions regarding those investments. We also hired her services to assist us with some Immigration issues, as my son applied for student visa to attend the UPenn. She is very professional and always responds promptly to the concerns of the client.

Originally from Brazil, I practiced law there for over 8 years. Then I immigrated to the U.S. and pursued my Masters in International Law.
The focus of my practice is:
I work mainly with family and employment visas, including H1-B, L and TN professional visas. I also represent entrepreneurs, startups, and businesses through the corporate formation and structuring process, general corporate matters, domestic and international transactions, compliance and contract negotiation.
