Vicki was great, she talked me through the whole process of modifying child support and parental agreements. She communicated the whole time about what to do to make it go smoothly, and so my case was approved by the courts.
There's really no way around it, going through a divorce sucks! Vicki was kind, reassuring, and very professional. She helped broker a fair deal and get me through the most difficult year of my life. Senior attorneys are certainly not cheap, however the outcome achieved was worth every penny. I highly recommend Vicki and her team!
I have worked with Vicki for several years. She has an amazing attitude and is terrific to work with. Her technical savvy in the law and negotiation and collaboration skills are tremendous. Vicki brings out the best in everyone with whom she works.
Vicki is a true professional. Her work ethic and high standards are exhibited in the high quality work product she produced while we worked together on the same team. Having sat on the same side of the table in many contract negotiations, I can attest to her being a skilled negotiator.
I had the opportunity to work closely with Vicki while she was a Procurement Agent at Boeing. Vicki was a pleasure to work with; she has a stellar attitude and treats everybody with respect. She also has a strong work ethic and is able to juggle multiple projects at once. Vicki is always prepared and provides valuable to support to her colleagues and her customers. I highly recommend Vicki as a colleague.
When I was going through the process of divorce, I started by talking with five different attorneys. One gave me answers that sounded way too much like exactly what I wanted to hear to be for real; on the other extreme was the one who said (not in so many words) that I was totally screwed. Vicki instead gave me an honest picture of where I stood, and was completely up front about the places where the law was fuzzy. Several times during the process, Vicki's expert knowledge of how divorce proceedings are done in Snohomish County came in handy, a stark contrast to opposing counsel, who seemed to be feeling her way along as she went. Vicki won key concessions early on, which set the tone for the rest of the process. Through every stage, Vicki explained what was going on, what the possible outcomes were, and what her strategy was for ensuring the best outcome for me. Overall I was very satisfied with the work Vicki did and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
Vicki was always up front and honest when setting expectations. Her availability and responsiveness were exemplary. I would use her services again without even thinking about anybody else.
I highly recommend Vicki Oslund. I have worked with Vicki as opposing counsel on court cases, as a co-member of committees and she has appeared before me in court when I sat as Pro Tem Commissioner and I have always found her to be professional, thoughtful, highly skilled and competent attorney. She does a great job for her clients.
Vicki and I have had cases with each other several times and she is always well-prepared, straightforward and a strong advocate who also can negotiate effectively. She is someone I recommend highly.
I have known Vicki Oslund since 1995 and sat next to her during my first year of law school. Vicki is a kind person with a clear and excellent legal mind. Vicki is one of the few people from my class that I would hire if I needed to hire an attorney.
What makes Vicki Oslund such an outstanding attorney is her combination of legal acumen, and grace under pressure. I had the pleasure of serving with Vicki for several years on the board of Washington Women Lawyers, and I was constantly impressed with Vicki's intelligence, common sense, and ability to bring people together to achieve a common goal. So last year when I needed to hire an attorney, I chose Vicki. I recommend her without reservation.
I am a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Snohomish County Bar Association, and Washington Women Lawyers. I have also been active in the community as a Snohomish County Bar Association Trustee, an Everett Community College Foundation board member, an Everett Theatre Society board member, a Snohomish County Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Member, and currently as a planning commissioner for the City of Lake Stevens. I was also a MAR arbitrator and Title 11 and Settlement Guardian ad Litem for the Snohomish County Superior Court.
I have extensive practice background in family law, business, estate planning, probate and guardianship and I am currently working as a cost recovery and affordability leader at the Boeing Company.
