I had the pleasure of working with Tyler Patterson when he represented me in an employment law matter. He is a highly skilled attorney who will work tirelessly to get you the best results possible. I had tried many avenues to handle my discriminatory and abusive work supervisor: union representation, EAP, administration and HR intervention—all to no avail. I was ready to walk away from a wonderful job that I loved when I retained Tyler. His advice and experience made it much easier to navigate that difficult time, and the documents he drafted for me were nothing short of stunning. He compiled hundreds of emails, several dozen incidents, and years of ongoing harassment, and then distilled them into actionable paperwork. Tyler is highly knowledgeable in his practice areas, pleasant to work with, and exceedingly patient. Through his legal efforts and expertise, the appropriate chain of command boundaries have been enforced and my workplace finally feels safe. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
