Tony has all of that and so much more. By way of background, I have known Tony for over 15 years. We both served on active duty in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps. I had the good fortune of having him assigned to my staff at the U.S. Region Legal Service Office in Naples, Italy, which oversaw the delivery of legal services to Navy commands throughout Europe and Southwest Asia. Tony served as Executive Officer (number two in command) and, following my departure, as Commanding Officer. As such, his leadership skills, which are exceptional, were on display from the day he reported to the command and had an immediate positive impact. A true team player with extraordinary “people skills”, he quickly established rapport with our clients and our staff, and impressed all with his professionalism, his abilities, and his work ethic.   I have known Tony since he was a newly commisioned officer. He served with great distinction and integrity. He was mature far beyond his years and he easily grasped the most complex issues and mastered the solution well ahead of his peers. We operated in a minefield during Desert Storm. If I had to do that again I would not go without Tony.

  Tony is an exceptionally knowledgeable, resourceful, and industrious attorney and manager. His integrity and decision-making are second to none.
