I was charged with assault and being that I have never been in a situation of ever being in trouble with the law, I was clueless and scared. I searched for criminal defense attorneys online and thankfully, I found Tom. I went to his office for a consultation and within seconds my anxiety and fear was gone. Tom is full of positive energy, with a great personality. I knew I was in good hands. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and set up a game plan for me immediately. He was so kind enough to set up a payment plan, and he kept me posted and sent me reminders of court dates. The day of my trial , Tom was there with a smile on his face, reassured me everything would work out. He pulled me aside, and said "your case is dismissed." It was such a relief! If it wasn't for Tom, I don't know what I would have done. Tom is a godsend! If you need an aggressive and experienced attorney, look no further. Tom WILL fight for you!

Mr. Nellessen got my case completely dismissed this week at trial this week. He was just amazing. I was looking at a significant jail sentence if I took a plea, but Tom told me not to take the plea deal. I trusted him and he got my case dismissed. I would recommend Tom Nellessen to anyone needing a lawyer.

There are very few I trust my life with , Tom is one of them! Not just personable, knowledge and expertise, he is one of the few attorneys I've dealt with who actually puts himself in your shoes and fights to win and never loses for his clients until there matter is settled Mr Nellessen is there through thick and thin realizing how legal situations are is very stressful for you and him as well that's why his so successful and respected through the legal community there are very few who would want to go against him to prove that their case has more merit than his, the professionalism he serves his clients with goes without standing results not only for you but him, he takes his cases personally which sets him above the rest

The Nellessen Law Office is a Denver Colorado criminal defense law firm serving the Denver metropolitan area. Specializing in DUI, drug cases, weapons cases and all other felony and misdemeanor matters, Thomas J. Nellessen and the Nellessen Law Office P.C., is here to serve your criminal defense needs.
Thomas Nellessen is a graduate of Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado and has lived in Colorado since 1983. While in college, Tom worked in the Douglas County court system and became failiar with the prosecutor's office and the judges in the 18th Judicial system. After law school, and while waiting to take the bar and receive the bar results, Due to staffing issues, Tom returned to the Douglas County courts at the request of the judge that he worked for before law school. Tom gladly returned to assist the Courts.
After passing the bar examination, Tom began his own practice and has been representing clients charged with criminal matters ever since. Tom has returned to Douglas County and now resides in the town of Parker, Colorado.
