  Tom was Vice President of engineering at Harman/Becker Farmington Hills. The team faced a number of challenges, including development of some of its first digital audio amplifiers and navigation radios for two major customers while facing the growing pains of becoming Harman's new center of engineering expertise. Despite these challenges, the team was able to develop products that exceeded customer expectations due to Tom's leadership and support.
