I’m so grateful for everything Tom did for my divorce! Considering this was my first time hiring a lawyer, I didn’t know what to do or who to hire. Luckily I found Tom who was easy to get along with and easy to talk to. Going through a divorce is really stressful, but Tom always put me at ease anytime I called him panicking about something. Hopefully I will never need a lawyer again, but if I do I will choose Tom everytime.

Tom Caldwell is the only choice for me whenever it comes to legal matters. I have utilized Mr. Caldwell's services on three separate occasions and I have been more than happy with his professionalism and his knowledge of the law. I strive to provide the highest level of service to my clients. Going the extra mile is the norm in my practice. I aggressively and tirelessly pursue an end result that my clients are totally satisfied with. The key to success with a client is making them feel like I am 100% committed to being their advocate. I maintain very open lines of communication with my clients so that they are always able to have any concerns addressed.
I firmly believe that a client that is informed is much happier and ultimately is easier to work with and for.
I also am a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. One of the greatest points of pride in my life is my service in Afghanistan. I have a special place in my heart for veterans with legal issues. I am a passionate advocate for veteran-clients issues to include: criminal issues stemming from mental illness or chemical dependency, consumer protection issues, USERRA issues, and Department of Veterans Affairs issues.
I am married and am a father of two. My family is the greatest gift and source of joy in my life. I also am a Christian and apply his teachings in my practice. "Judge not, that ye be not be judged" is my motto. I view all my clients, even those in very serious legal trouble, as still having something to offer to society. They just need the guidance of an attorney who realizes that instead of just viewing them as a paycheck.
