I do not recommend this lawyer. Although he was very communicative, pleasant and reasonably priced, he did not fight for me in my case at all. He basically told me I was looking at a lengthy prison sentence and nothing could be done. I went on to hire another lawyer who truely fought for me and made significant progress within a week that Todd said there was so possibility of making happen. In the end, I also did not receive any jail time in sentencing Seems like he is definitely on the courts side in criminal cases. I do not recommend this lawyer.
I hired Mr. Hildebrandt to defend me against my boyfriends ex wife who placed a restraining order against me on false grounds. This guy thought my case was open and shut so obviously didn’t prepare at all, didn’t get the cop to court (honestly probably didn’t even call him), half the time I didn’t know what he was arguing about nor did the people on the courtroom either, didn’t prove I was the one being harassed, lost my case and got a permanent restraining order placed on me and charged me $500 for all of this I could defended myself better than that. Out of all of this the thing that made me most mad was the guy couldn’t even get my name right, I honestly think he maybe said it right one time during court, talk about humiliation. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend This guy
Todd is an outstanding attorney that takes his responsibilities very seriously. He has an outstanding sense of both Justice and Fairness. Todd is a good trial attorney and often sees the big picture implications of what he is doing.
“Thanks for visiting my Avvo profile! I’ve lived in western Colorado since I was 8, leaving only to go to college at the University of Rochester in New York and law school at the University of Denver. After law school, I returned to work at the Mesa County District Attorney’s Office, where I was a deputy district attorney from March of 2007 to December of 2015. In April of 2016, I ventured out to start my own practice, where I apply everything I learned as a prosecuting attorney to helping you with any legal matters that you may have. As a seasoned trial attorney, I know when to litigate, when to negotiate, and when to mediate. When I’m not working on behalf of my clients, I enjoy running, hiking, spending time with friends and family, and playing with my dog Cusco.”
