Tim took on my case at a time where a good deal of damage had already been done, exorbitant amounts of pleadings and motions were already filed, and like most attorneys, they’d prefer to handle a case or at least a matter from beginning to end. With that said, he wasn’t intimidated by the those matters, and was clear about what he thought he’d be able to do from that date moving forward. Anyone involved within the probate system is at their most vulnerable states, Tim understands this and exhibits a compassionate, yet direct and firm (honest in my opinion) way about how he handles cases and clients. We have much to accomplish, but Tim is driven, likable, operates with morals and values, and seems to have a knack of simplifying complexities that don’t need to take up time or space moving forward. He certainly sees a big picture approach. I’m happy and thankful to have hired him and despite a lot of work that remains, I’m happy he is is my counsel. Cait
