Attorney Henke is an excellent choice if you are looking for a lawyer. Therese recently represented me in my divorce. I found her to not only be a phenomenal legal resource, but kind, personable, and tough when she needed to be with opposing counsel. Therese kept me informed throughout every step of the process and was always timely in her communication. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an attorney!

About
Attorney Therese M. Henke's practice is exclusively family law, with an emphasis in divorce cases: both traditional (litigation) and collaborative (both parties hire lawyers but avoid court). She also practices facilitative mediation (ie. i can help help you with the forms, but cannot provide legal advice) and evaluative mediation in legal custody and physical placement disputes. Over the last 22 years as a court appointed mediator in Ozaukee County, she has mediated 625 cases. She also accepts guardian ad litem appointments in pending and post-judgment family law cases; she will conduct a thorugh investigation and make a recommation as to what she is her recommendation as to your childrens is in their best interest. She is also a Supplemental Court Commissioner conducting supplemental hearings and weddings.
