This attorney is amazing, she got the U-Visa approved for me when another attorney told me it was denied because I entered the US without inspection. Svetlana told me that she can do a waiver and get the U Visa approved and she did! Svetlana convinced the DA office to certify the U visa and filed it with the Vermont Service Center again, we waited for a really long time but it was finally approved.

A New Yorker raised in Queens, and the daughter of immigrant parents from international backgrounds, Mrs. Prizant obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Queens College and her Juris Doctor from the St. John’s University. As a student, she gained practical experience at two competitive Clinics; Asylum and Refugee Rights Clinic and Child Advocacy Clinic.
