Stuart has assisted me with plenty of cases ranging from criminal defense to contractual disputes. He is a great communicator and always extremely professional. His insight is extremely helpful and innovative. He is the ideal private attorney.

Mr. Welch took a case for me that seemed completely hopeless. I had a 2 year history of struggling with a particular association, barely able to make contact and results were rare. Stuart stepped in, got his foot in the door, wouldn't back down and within a month had the entire case resolved. Not only was I impressed that he wrapped up in a month what took me 2 years, but while he did, he kept me completely informed of his every move along with every response he got. He is friendly, easy to talk to and knows his stuff. If I ever have another legal matter like this, I want Stuart on the case!!

Stuart is probably the most creative thinker I have met. I have had the chance to work closely with Stuart during our first year. He wraps his mind around concepts that are difficult to grasp, and then he is able to present those concepts through clear examples. He works hard and pushes himself to succeed. He manages his time well, even while dealing with a long commute. It was a pleasure to work and study with Stuart and I fully recommend him.

About

I am an experienced attorney, with over 100 cases under my belt. Currently, I own/operate Welch Law, LLC, where I handle cases all over Maryland. I handle Criminal Defense, Family Law, Estates & Trusts, Personal Injury, and so much more.
My Experience: I practiced Criminal Law as a Rule 16 Student Attorney during my second year of Law School. While there, I handled roughly one hundred cases, from simple bail reviews to a complex trial (which resulted in a Not Guilty for my client). Outside of Criminal Law, I also have experience in Real Estate Law, Workers Compensation Law, and Personal Injury Law.
My Last Experience: I was the Staff Attorney for Mid-Shore Council on Family Violence. I handled various types of law (Foreclosure Defense, Protective Order Hearings, Consumer Protection, MVA Issues, and much more).
