I am an experienced attorney who handles both real estate transactions as well as variety of complex litigation.  My real estate practice consists of both residential and commercial real estate purchases and sales.
My litigation practice involves business litigation including a variety of partnership disputes and employment/civil rights claims.  I pride myself on a high level of service and customer satisfaction.  I am an experienced litigator who has handled a number of complex disputes on behalf of corporations, midsize businesses and individuals during the course of my career.  I have worked for some of the very best law firms in the United States and have been fortunate to learn from some outstanding attorneys.  I pride myself in taking care of my clients and finding the best result for them based on their individual circumstances.  I believe that sound lawyering seeks to help you to find a solution to your legal problems that takes into account you and your life's goals.  A brief description of my experience as a litigator follows:
