Attorney Stuart Hene recently handled a legal matter for my family which required him to review numerous documents, create a timeline and engage with the other sides attorney. He did a terrific job. Not only did he keep us informed every step of the way, he was quick and detailed in his responses to our questions. Any description of him would include knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him for your legal needs.
Stuart is a great guy to have on your team, and he is a team-player. He is smart, capable, and going places in life.
Stuart was a law clerk performing research for the Smith County Bar Foundation. He worked directly for me on at least two major projects. Stuart pursued his objectives in an extremely thorough manner. He was able to listen, understand the directives, and pursue them in a timely thorough manner. Most importantly, Stuart did not assume anything and asked questions to make sure he understood the nature of the problem confronting us. These were complex areas of criminal law involving Constitutional analysis, due process, and the right to privacy contrasted with a governmental interest in public safety. Stuart provided the research which allowed us to properly advise our clients. I have no doubt that Stuart will develop into an outstanding attorney.
Stuart worked as first year summer law clerk at the firm where I work in the summer of 2007. Stuart was eager to perform and produced excellent work that actually benefitted me directly in some ongoing cases. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart for a permanent position for any legal career of his choosing.
Stuart- is a dependable and balanced person. He would add value to any organization that accommodates his career path. I recommend him without reservation.
