About

As a registered patent attorney, with a national patent, trademark, copyright, e-commerce, antitrust and trial practice, I serve as outside corporate counsel for small and medium businesses. I focus on developing a trusted, go-to attorney-client relationship providing intellectual property counseling which includes prosecution, licensing, analysis and opinions, mediation, as well as litigation, when necessary.
I devote time to those individuals and business that are beginning their business and marketing activities by providing trusted and practical assistance and advice from someone who really cares. I will always return your phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I approach a client relationship from a personal and trusted perspective always priding myself on providing productive, efficient and successful attorney-client relationships.
I enjoy spending free time flying (I am a private pilot), exercising as a registered ice hockey referee, and building and repairing computer systems, networks, and audio/video systems. I look forward to assisting you with your intellectual property matters.
