Was hard to get a hold of for initial consultation, which needed to be done under a timeline. Once I got the initial consultation the advice seemed reasonable. However, since he wasn't inclined to take my case, even when I said I would pay for his time to help me further with negotiation he simply stopped responding. His firm was recommended to me by a trusted friend so I was biased to go with this firm. I wish I had pursued other attorneys once I found it difficult to get initial consultation. In short, the legal advice was likely very good. And I was happy with how much time and effort I got for the initial consultation fee. I wish I didn't end it feeling like a credit card number and a nuisance once it was decided my case wasn't worth the time. I cannot stress this enough, I would've liked to pay further for the time. Instead, I got a statement along the lines of "...you should try to use this and the other facts to improve upon what they offered you." In other words, figure out the rest yourself.
Attorney Fitzgerald was wonderful all around, one of the best choices I've made in a long time. I had a horrible problem at work with my former employer. I called Mr. Fitzgerald to help me because one of my close friends told me of his work. When I called I was greatly surprised of how confident and calm he sounded. He was also very kind and one of the most SELFLESS person that I've met in a very long time. Thanks to Attorney Fitzgerald all my problems at work were fixed and I went back to living my life. But with out the help of this amazing man I believe, no I am sure that the results of my problem would have been completely different for the worse. Let me take this moment the thank Mr. Fitzgerald for all the hard work he has done for me. I whole heartedlty recommend him to anyone who needs an employment lawyer.
