Stephanie has been the most helpful and knowledgeable lawyer!! She will answer your questions without issues. Even if she doesnt know the answer she will find out the answer!!! We went in for a consult and she even kept in touch with us after the consult by giving us information that pertained to our case. We are extremely happy with her and her services. I recommend Stephanie to all those that are looking for an immigration lawyer!!!

My husband and I went to see Stephanie for our case I.130. To make the petition for my husband. Stephanie was a very professional and kind. She explained every single detail.She answered all my question with honesty. I felt she was on top of my case, always answering my calls, texts or emails. Also she translated the letters for my case. She is a rare combination nice with her customers but tough with cases. We went to see her on March, She took our case and on November of same year, we were flying to Mexico for the final process to get approve for my husband's permanent resident card. Even from Mexico I was in touch with Stephanie. Her fees are very reasonable. I recommend Stephanie to my friends and some of them they already got great results. Stephanie Duque is the best lawyer you can get for your immigration case!!!!!

Stephanie Marie Duque Isern has been passionate about immigration and human rights issues since a very young age. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communications from William Paterson University of New Jersey in 2008. During her undergraduate studies, she completed an Independent Study of Human Rights Abuses in Argentina and Subsequent International Legal Developments while studying abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Montevideo, Uruguay. Ms. Duque Isern received her Juris Doctor degree in May 2012 from Seton Hall School of Law, where she also won the Outstanding Clinical Practitioner Award for her involvement with the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice Immigrants’ Rights and International Human Rights Clinic that year. Ms. Duque Isern is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
