About

I negotiate complex commercial settlements for a broad spectrum of companies, including large tech companies and multinationals. I have successfully mediated numerous cases with settlements in the millions. Previously, I worked at Amazon Web Services where I drafted and negotiated all technology transactions including software licensing, maintenance, hardware purchase, EULA, and related services agreements. We have expanded our practice beyond complex commercial litigation to business cases where both sides would like to close time sensitive business deals but for a variety reasons are stalled. The concept is that our refined mediated negotiation process can work in the same efficient and effective manner when applied to companies who are all too often missing opportunities, losing momentum or wasting valuable resources through protracted negotiation.
