Hi, I’m Spencer. I am the founding attorney of Schiefer Law Firm. After working for years in an excellent boutique family law practice, I chose to create Schiefer Law Firm to transition my own practice and to narrow my focus on serving people's estate planning needs and build up my appellate family law practice.
I am a member of the Arizona State Bar in good standing and am actively engaged in making the legal industry better for all in Arizona. My main professional goal is to do what I can to leave every client better off than when I found them. My professional philosophy is to focus on what matters most in each case and to provide effective and efficient services and advice to my clients. My past clients appreciate this approach as it allowed them to achieve their primary goals while not spending thousands of dollars on frivolous or minor issues.
I help people with their estate planning needs and family law problems. My estate planning practice is focused on growing families, blended families, and business owners. I help people create an estate plan and use various estate planning tools to protect their family, wealth, and values for years to come. My family law practice is laser focused on appeals and prenuptial agreements only. By offering flat fees for my services I allow people who want/need to appeal their family law case financially possible.
In addition to my law practice, I have started the Arizona Divorce Podcast (www.azdivorcepodcast.com), a show dedicated to providing legal information and insights on all things related to divorce. Most people simply cannot afford a divorce lawyer as the costs truly are astronomical. I came to realize this harsh truth after 7+ years doing divorce litigation. To help the thousands of people going through a divorce each year, I created the Arizona Divorce Podcast so those people could have a free resource of good legal information.
