I hired Shayna for an enforcement case. My ex was behind on child support and was regularly disparaging me in front of my son. Our filing was clear, concise, and efficient. Shayna handled the opposing counsel with ease and did not put up with his frequent attempts to delay our final order after we had prevailed in court. We were successful in finding my ex in contempt for disparagement and failing to pay child support. Shayna also got my ex to pay my attorney fees. Shayna carries herself very professionally in court and knows the law. One thing that really got my attention was shortly after our trial began. The opposing counsel attempted to conflate our case with two separate case law precedents. Shayna was able to review both cases in a matter of minutes and successfully object based on their being very dissimilar from our case. She is intelligent and thinks on her feet. I would highly recommend Shayna to anyone needing a family lawyer and I would definitely make use of her services in the future if needed.
