  Scott was recently the mediator on one of my cases. It was a bit of a difficult case. I represented the plaintiff. There were three defendants. Scott was extremely fair and worked hard to get this case settled. He took time with all the parties involved during the time set aside for the mediation. The case did not settle the day of the mediation. Therefore, Scott suggested that we all keep in touch with him and he'd be happy to continue to work with us towards settlement. Within a few weeks of the mediation, and after several phone calls and emails, a settlement was reached. Scott's diligence, determination and assistance helped make this settlement possible.
