My lawsuit was wrongful death. It was very hard for my brother & I to relive the circumstances of our Father’s death. Our Lawyer Scott Bucci was very respectful of that. His partners in the firm Stephanie Grana and Elliott Buckner assisted in the case. It was settled in arbitration & we are truly grateful we had 3 such skillful, fine lawyers.

I didn't really want to ZING my ex too badly... well OK, maybe I did, but Scott Bucci was the perfect mix of knowledge, ethics and toughness all at the same time. He looked at our circumstances and was able to tell me exactly what I should ask for in the settlement. And he got it! Scott is very personable and made me feel comfortable during a difficult and stressful time. Plus, he REALLY know his stuff and takes care of his clients. I would recommend him highly.

About
My practice areas include domestic relations and personal injury litigation. After graduating from law school, I clerked at the Virginia Beach Circuit Court for a year, and then moved to Richmond and began working at the law firm of Morris & Morris, a boutique litigation firm located in downtown Richmond. At Morris & Morris, I tried numerous cases ranging from personal injury to products liability, from construction disputes to defamation cases. I became a partner at Morris & Morris in 2005.
In March, 2007, I left Morris & Morris to form Bucci & Dix with Mark Dix. Mark and I were classmates at the George Mason University School of Law. Mark specializes in personal injury, domestic relations, traumatic brain injury, civil rights, discrimination, and labor and employment litigation.
We have been fortunate to grow rapidly, and now have 6 lawyers and a staff of 5 paralegals/legal secretaries.
I live in Chesterfield County with my wife, Melissa, and our two bulldogs, Bogart and Lola.
