Sara MacWilliams is an experienced attorney specializing in business disputes over $25,000 (contract, shareholder, and business tort issues such as tortious interference, defamation, and violation of non-compete commitments) as well as real estate issues including receivership, purchase agreement negotiation and disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, and inter-owner disputes. A former "big law" attorney, she enjoys working with small business owners who are motivated to protect their business and real estate interests with aggressive, effective representation.
