Absolutely magnificent. He argued my case against the Mercer D.A and the board of probation to a senior judge and it couldn't have went better. I was wearing orange 6 hours ago. I am.still in disbelief that I'm even able be here to.write this review. He is affordable and he goes to bat for you. I hope I won't need his services again, but his card is staying in my wallet. He has a silver tongue and is very compelling. Thank you again.

Samir was responsive in a quick timely manner to every question/concern and request I threw his way. He was well prepared for my case and got me the absolute best possible scenario when the outcome was decided, which was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I worked with a few people at Worgul during the process as well in regards to information about my case. They kept me up to date on times, changes, etc. I highly recommend Samir and the Worgul Law Firm.

Samir worked at Salary.com as a summer intern between his first and second years of law school, and was a tremendous help to a very busy legal department. He was highly motivated, showed great initative and successfully tackled a wide variety of projects. Examples include: the proxy statement for the company's annual stockholders meeting; due diligence for M&A transactions; a complex memorandum to the Board on directors' duties; the company's privacy policy and associated Euopean safe harbor compliance issues; and license agreements with customers and partners. Not only was Samir able to handle a variety of complex work, he showed an ability to manage his time, complete projects and produce quality work product that was well beyond his years. He was always looking for ways to help both me and the rest of the legal department team, and wanted to make sure that his plate was constantly full. We were fortunate to have Samir for a summer and I'm sure he will be an asset to any firm or business that is lucky enough to hire him.

I am a Pittsburgh criminal defense attorney and partner at Worgul, Sarna & Ness, Criminal Defense Attorneys, LLC in downtown Pittsburgh. In this position, I am able to provide aggressive, diligent, and knowledgeable representation to individuals struggling with serious DUI, traffic, violent, and criminal cases throughout the various counties of Western Pennsylvania. However, a main focus of mine - and our firms - is DUI defense.
Since passing the Pennsylvania Bar in 2010, I have handled hundreds of criminal cases, including juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony cases covering DUI, violent crimes, sex crimes, drug crimes, and crimes against property. I’m also an experienced litigator who has successfully taken over 20 jury and bench trials to verdict, and I have successfully briefed and argued criminal appeals before the Superior Court. My experience in handling criminal cases is great and varied - giving me a significant advantage in the legal field.
