✅ Accurate profile (3 sources)
Mr. Sam Glover was successful in continuously communicating openly and honestly with me. He collected pertinent information and provided ongoing support to me throughout the lawsuit. As a result of Mr. Glover's hard work, attention to details, and positive negotiation skills, my case was quickly settled with an amicable arrangement. The settlement was fair to both parties, and Mr. Glover remained respectful--and assertive for my rights--throughout the entire procedure. I highly recommend this gentleman for representation of your rights under the law. You can expect and receive honesty and frankness, respect, open communication, and attention to details from Sam Glover. He is truly an asset to his profession.
Sam reviewed a lease renewal for my business and has represented a number of my family members in various capacities. He provides sound legal counsel, and is consistent and thorough in his advice. Moreover, he's easy to work with and genuinely cares about the cases that he takes on. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Sam is a visionary, plain and simple. He invented Lawyerist and is a driving force for the innovation and growth of small firms nationwide.
We invited Sam to be the keynote speaker at the 10th Annual Washington State Bar Association's Solo and Small Firm Conference this past July (2015). Having followed The Lawyerist for years, we were all super excited to meet Sam in person and listen to his ideas on the future of the profession. Sam did not disappoint! He is an excellent speaker and has a natural ability to engage a huge audience in idea-generating conversation. Plus he's very funny, very opinionated and extremely knowledgeable. Sam kicked off a three day conference with a plenary talk on the Future of Law Practice. The responses from the lawyers in the room were either fear or enthusiasm, the range of emotions ran the gamut! Sam's second presentation was a breakout session on identifying your target client. This presentation alone was worth the price of admission. It should have been a plenary. If you can invite Sam to do this program at your event, DO IT. It was an excellent, and often hysterical, workshop style presentation, I highly recommend it. The last presentation Sam did for the Conference, and I personally think it was the highlight, was titled Basic Tech Competence for Lawyers. Finally, someone has identified the benchmarks for what will ultimately be malpractice for the failure to embrace and utilize technology in one's law practice. Sam is uniquely qualified to speak on this topic, he speaks from personal experience and from talking to hundreds of attorneys via The Lawyerist. We came away from this plenary either relieved or freaked out, depending on how Luddite the attorney. All in all, Sam Glover was one of the very best speakers we have had in the 10 year history of the WSBA's Solo and Small Firm Conference. I cannot recommend him enough as a speaker. Your audience will be enlightened and engaged.
Sam was my teacher in the Maynard Pirsig Moot Court at the University of Minnesota Law School. He was an excellent instructor of persuasive writing and oral advocacy techniques. He consistently made himself available to student questions and concerns. He was extremely organized with his lectures and timely with his feedback on student assignments. Finally, he was both enthusiastic and passionate about his subject and about helping students learn. I would be happy to work with Sam again.
My law practice is focused on motion practice and appeals. That means I work with clients and other lawyers on legal strategy, brief drafting, and oral argument.
