Sam is fantastic. I have worked with him for my estate planning documents and contracts for my business. He was professional and nice while walking me through everything. I will come to him for all my future legal needs.
I highly recommend Samuel, because he is not only professional, but also very ethical: he clearly showed me an alternative and cheaper path to reach my goals without using a lawyer. This clearly shows that Samuel deeply cares about his clients and first and foremost focuses on providing best solutions to clients! Rare find these days.
I was very happy with the service I got from TL & Sam. They helped write up my engagement letter and answered numerous other questions I had about growing my business. They are personable and very knowledgeable in start ups, tax litigation and more!
Denton & Fahring, PLLC is an exceptional law firm. They use cutting edge technology to facilitate client interaction and to enable them to secure the best possible outcome. Sam and TL were extraordinarily kind, responsive, and hard-working and they managed to quash aggressive actions by the opposing party and resolve my contract dispute in a favorable manner. I was incredibly impressed, would highly recommend them, and will use them for any legal needs that I may have in the future
I have recently formed an LLC and had no idea where and how to start. Denton & Fahring, PLLC made it a very simple and clear process. Their attention to detail and expertise was instrumental in the formation of my LLC. Paperwork was a breeze - loved the client portal and everything was electronically filled and signed. If you are in business and need legal services/advice, I highly recommend you give them a call! Israel Zuela – CEO Instapay Services, LLC.
I tried many cases with Sam during his service with the Special Prosecution Unit, and his drive to excel made a positive impression on everyone that he came into contact with. Sam consistently shows great skill and professionalism as a litigator, as well as an eagerness to learn and perfect the craft of courtroom advocacy. Moreover, his research and writing skills were known to be among the finest in the organization. His positivity and can-do outlook makes him a pleasure to work with and a welcome asset to any team. I give Sam Denton the highest recommendation I can give a fellow attorney.
Sam is a great trial attorney. He was very structured and organized in his trial preparation and it showed during trial. As my co-counsel, I could depend on Sam if I needed help with any issues that arose in the case
Sam was the military intelligence officer on the brigade headquarters staff we both served on. The staff was brand new and there was much ambiguity. I was the Plans officer that used the products he provided. During that time, I was very impressed at how sharp Sam was - how he was able to provide quality intelligence products during our training exercises given minimal information. He produced good work that greatly facilitated our success during those training events. More than that, Sam has very good people skills. He is able to work with all sorts of personalities and that will serve him well. I would want to work with him again in the same or other capacities. If I were to hire someone, he has excellent qualities I would certainly want in an employee.
Sam is a hard-working, creative thinker that is an asset to any group. He and I tried civil cases together at the Special Prosecution Unit and I can attest from first hand experience that he strives for nothing but the best. He plans and executes to his fullest potential and I know he will be a success in everything he puts his mind to.
I have known Samuel for three years now. We first met after Samuel was admitted and he joined a student organization that I advise here at the law school called the Student Recruitment and Orientation Committee (SROC). SROC members volunteer one hour per week in our office answering calls, prospective/admitted student questions, and giving tours. Samuel has been very dedicated over the past 3 years. In fact, not many law students remain faithful members the full three years. Not only that, but I do not think Samuel has missed one office hour, other than the semester when he studied abroad. Samuel has a very professional demeanor and is devoted to assisting others. Samuel has shown up early to his office hours many times over the past three years. He has shown strong dedication to helping prospective applicants in their efforts to apply to law school. I have been the advisor for SROC for four years now and I believe I have not seen any law student who has been such an excellent ambassador or The University of Texas School of Law other than Samuel. We have received many positive comments from prospective and admitted applicants on what a great job he has done as a tour guide. Samuel also serves as a leader in the Texas Law Veteran's Association, an organization in which he co-founded three years ago. Lastly, I am sure Samuel is performing at an excellent level in his academic pursuits as well.
I'm an Austin native, a veteran, and a third-generation lawyer. I tried over 15 jury trials in civil court while working as an attorney at the Texas Special Prosecution Unit – Civil Division. I also worked as a Legal Assistance Attorney for the Texas Military Department. After a short stint as a solo practitioner, my law partner, TL Fahring, and I formed “Denton & Fahring, PLLC” in February 2017. My current practice focuses on tax litigation and civil litigation.
