  I've known Ryan since my freshman year of college but was lucky enough to work with him as co-presidents of Baylor's Mortar Board Honor Society. Ryan is an extremely talented individual. While serving as co-president, he was actively involved in his fraternity, served on student court, applied to law schools, handled his course work, and worked on his thesis. In each of these activities, not only did he perform well but went beyond what is expected – showing that he is an individual that is always on top of his game. He is also a fantastic leader and has great communication skills which can be seen in the relationships he cultivated with our members. The combination of his talent, leadership, and hard work will ensure that he will be successful in law.

  I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough. He is absolutely outstanding, and would be a tremendous asset in any organization. Ryan was referred to me as the "hardest working person" that the referrer knew. Ryan was every bit of that and more. Not only was he a tireless worker, but the quality of his work was always impeccable. Moreover, Ryan was liked and appreciated by everyone in the office, and he was highly adaptable to the changes that were being made in our organization during the time he was with us. I would hire Ryan again in a heartbeat, if given a chance. The only reason he is not with us now is that he did not want to continue to work while beginning law school.

  I have had the privilege to know Ryan Trobee personally for almost seven years now as his youth director and boss. I can say that during the time that I have been around him, he has shown a rare desire and passion to serve others and has shown terrific leadership ability. In addition, Ryan is one of those people that can take initiative and finish something through to its completion.
