I was referred to Rosie Dhillon for an immigration consult by my criminal attorney Mike Abrate for my criminal case in Placer county. Rosie was extremely kind, caring, emphatic and understood my situation and not all advised me on the criminal matter and how I should take the plea deal should be tailored such that it doesn't affect my immigration status but also advised me on my criminal case, the criminal protective order, DVRO and my divorce pending in the family court making her an extremely competent criminal defense, divorce and immigration attorney. She charged me a very reasonable amount for her services and assisted my criminal attorney that how the plea deal should be tailored. There were some complication in my criminal matter and Rosie continued to assist us further without charging any extra fee to me. I will always be extremely thankful for her help during this painful ordeal which reseted my life back to zero. I highly recommend her. Thanks again.

Rosie Dhillon founder and partner, is a California native who grew up in the same community she serves.A former prosecutor, Rosie has decided to start her private practice to focus more attention on individual clients. Most recently, Rosie worked as a Deputy District Attorney at the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office. There, Rosie prepared, presented, and argued multiple misdemeanor and felony cases before juries. Prior to that, Rosie was a Deputy District Attorney for Yolo County, working primarily on misdemeanor cases. During her third year of law school, Rosie worked as a Graduate Law Clerk at the Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office, where she honed her trial advocacy skills in the Sexual Assault Unit by successfully arguing several motions and pretrial hearings on behalf of the State. Rosie’s experience as a criminal prosecutor unquestionably works to her clients’ advantage, as she is keen on the processes and tactics used by the State in seeking convictions.Rosie is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. She earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and was admitted to the California State Bar in June 2009. Rosie is fluent in both Punjabi and Hindi.
