I have known this attorney for a few years and he has always shown an ability to be detailed and accurate on on legal questions that I have asked. Upon passing the bar, he has continued that practice when I have asked him for legal assistance as it relates to immigration. My family has been able to get answers and proper guidance in what actions should be done. His ability to research, and obtain the right answers will put you at ease. I feel confident that if I, or any family member, must go to court, he will do everything in his power to fight for us.

The Law Office of Rodolfo Marquez is a boutique law firm that strives to provides clients with efficient and cost effective legal representation. We help immigrants and their families effectively navigate the complex U.S. immigration laws and also serve the community with their real estate and estate planning needs.
Rodolfo began his legal career as an associate attorney with a small immigration firm followed by a non-profit immigration firm where he oversaw immigration matters including: asylum, deportation defense before immigration court, naturalization, adjustment of status, consular processing, family petitions, and U visa/VAWA cases.
Rodolfo is the son of immigrants and an advocate for immigrant rights. During his time in law school he participated in the Southwestern Law School Immigration Clinic helping underrespresented immigrants. He also was a Summer Law Clerk at Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles handling refugee/asylee immigration matters in an effort to keep families together. Rodolfo also brings in Real Estate experience as a licensed CA Real Estate Broker.
Rodolfo Marquez is a member of the State Bar of California, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is a native Spanish speaker. He graduated from the University of Southern California and Southwestern Law School.
