My experience with Robert siems and his staff was very professional and efficient. Their attentiveness to my case was very understanding . They followed many of my concerns and suggestions and were very precise in presenting my case. The results of my claims were quit successful.

I worked for Mr. Siems as a law clerk during law school. I had a legal issue that came out of nowhere that required a lawyer to help me avoid hefty fines. Within two days of him handling the matter, the issue was resolved without fines. While his practice area usually focuses on insurance litigation, Mr. Siems was able to cut through Baltimore City's red tape with ease.

I practice property and casualty insurance law. That means I deal with legal issues about insurance for things like cars, homes, businesses, professional malpractice, cyber insurance, that sort of thing. (One of the only major areas of insurance I do not do is health insurance. That's a whole other ballgame.) I represent insurance companies and insureds (people with insurance). My practice is split about sixty percent insurer and forty percent insured. I hope that my experience working in-house for major insurers, as a CPCU, and as a trial lawyer and small business owner help me provide better representation to my clients.
Most of my practice is coverage litigation --fighting over whether an insurance policy covers a loss. I also do bad faith litigation --fighting over whether an insurance company denied a claim in bad faith. And I do malpractice litigation --fighting over whether an insurance agent negligently failed to set up the insurance policy right.
I am also a trial lawyer. I try cases to verdicts. I've been doing it since the 80's.
I am also a mediator. I work for several local circuit courts to help mediate cases so they do not get to trial.
I have also served as an expert witness in litigation about insurance bad faith for both insurers and insureds.
