I came to Rob Maxwell as a named Defendant in a foreclosure action initiated against an entity to which I had made a personal loan. I was a lower tier creditor with little expectation of any recovery. Rob’s grasp of the complexities and legal issues, his perseverance and diligence resulted in strengthening my position with the result that he negotiated a substantial settlement on my behalf, which I never expected. Throughout the process he was conscientious of ongoing legal cost to myself and he maintained an excellent level of timely and pertinent communication. I am extremely pleased with Rob’s performance. He is a professional whom you want on your side and I would return to him with any future real property issues. Very highly recommended.

Originally from Yakima Washington, I moved to Seattle in 2004 to attend the University of Washington and have called Seattle my home ever since. I graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Political Science in 2008 where I played for and captained the University of Washington Ice Hockey Team. My legal career began shortly after at a local maritime law firm. After spending two years there, I applied and was accepted to law school. I graduated from Seattle University School of Law in the fall of 2013 and have been practicing law ever since. I truly enjoy client interaction and finding solutions to difficult legal problems. My interests are in litigation, real estate and business transactions. When not working I enjoy playing and coaching hockey, rock-climbing, surfing, sailing around the San Juan Islands and enjoying everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I live in Seattle with my wife in the Eastlake neighborhood.
