Rishona came to work for us a legal intern to help write grant agreements for water quality improvement projects. She worked for us until she graduated from law school and sat for the bar exam. She quickly grasped the unique issues that conservation projects present, and helped us research some questions that had been puzzling us for a while. Her work product was well-reasoned, thorough and consistent. I'd hire her again if given the opportunity.
