Rich and I worked together at CMP Media. We coded and maintained the NetGuide Magazine web site. During that time we were forced to wear many hats (programmer, database programmer, graphic designer, editor) and, at times, work long hours. Rich was a pleasure to work for. No matter how hard (or long) we worked he always kept things fun and interesting. He is extremely well-organized and detail-oriented. He understands technology -- and how it can be used to solve everyday problems -- extraordinarily well. He is also one of the best writers I have ever known.
