You will find that I am a rigorous, aggressive and effective attorney with more than 5 years of experience in private law firms providing services to private individual, small business and major corporate entities. I also possess a diverse and challenging background involving international investment, finance and real property business and law in China.
Ricco Washburn, ESQ. PLLC is a global law firm, providing counsel to a quite large and highly respected international business with interests in the aviation, automotive, cosmetics and real estate industries. I now provide legal services in diverse areas of Corporate and Business, Florida Real Estate, HR / Regulatory Employment, Immigration, Private Equity Fund / Real Estate Investment Fund, Taxation in the United States, and serving as General Counsel. Formerly, I was associated with Louis Law Group, where I enjoyed working on its focus on property insurance law.
Interestingly, I previously performed as a Legal Clerk at Long'an Law Firm in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China while finishing my Juris Doctor degree in 2015. My focus was on Chinese real property law, foreign direct investment, securities, and commercial litigation for Chinese clients.
I was also a Real Estate Intern at Engel & Völkers in Hong Kong SAR, in China in 2012. I trained to coach a multinational staff of sixteen real estate agents. I improved data integrity using PropGo and GO management software. While at Ohio State University, I studied abroad at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
