Ms. Kranz has been my attorney for years. She has successfully managed my divorce to my advantage. She is smart, strategic, and compassionate. I highly recommend her!
I contacted Rachel during a very stressful time post divorce decree. My ex-husband was not following the parenting plan and refused to communicate with me at all about our two children. After dealing with the situation for several years I was referred to Rachel by a friend. During the initial consultation Rachel was extremely helpful and offered several paths to address the issues I was having. Without hesitation I retained Rachel to represent me and immediately felt like I had an expert leading me through a confusing and often daunting system. During the several months it took to resolve some of my concerns Rachel was always very responsive via email and telephone. Any correspondence about my case was forwarded to me right away so I always felt like I was a part of the legal process. Rachel explained everything to me, sometimes several times over, until I understood what was being discussed. Most importantly Rachel always provided good and economical legal counsel and was honest about likely outcomes of certain legal options. When Rachel didn't think a certain strategy would turn out well she was upfront and forthcoming with her opinion. I never felt like I was being guided in the wrong direction and never felt like my financial situation wasn't being considered. I would recommend Rachel to anyone who is looking for an attorney who specializes in divorce settlements, parenting plans, child support, etc.
