  It was a pleasure to work with Preston as Corporate Counsel at TAB Bank. Preston is a team player and is passionate about his work. As the VP of Loan Underwriting it was refreshing to work with legal counsel who had the close of a transaction in mind and worked diligently to find solutions that both protected the bank and resolved issues of the borrower. In contract negotiations with Borrowers counsel and other stakeholders he had an incredible ability to keep the team on focus and work to draft a resolution that was acceptable to all parties. Preston is incredibly bright and is focused on process improvement that will allow him and his team to respond efficiently. During his tenure at TAB he drafted the loan documentation for various loan products which required a deep understanding of the product and transaction structure. I was incredibly impressed with his ability to sit with the product business owners and listen to the intended structure and then incorporate that into a loan documentation package that matched the product owner intent. Preston is a teacher and was always willing to spend time with underwriters and help them understand legal issues relative to a transaction. Preston is an incredible asset to TAB and will be an incredible asset to any other organization where he lands in the future.
