Phil is a one of a kind lawyer. He put his heart, relentless time and effort into my situation. He was always available, loyal and really busted his behind. I am so impressed with his work I could go on for paragraphs. He is one of very few lawyers I believe you will find and I have had a lot of them, that is always available, calm answers each and every question. I must have worded questions 9 different ways multiple times. He always gave me a truthful answer, never dodged my calls or emails. 5 stars all the way! Thank you Phil.
Phillip Nash is one of a kind. During a you mesons youth I found myself very hopeless that I would recover from the error of my ways. Phillip Nash reached out to me and provided me with a chance to start my life over and become anew. Had it not been for his enthusiasm, will, perseverance, diligence, professionalism, knowledge and overall skills I would not have a promising future. Thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart from my family and myself for everything you have done. As far as lawyers go he is timely, understanding, warm, smart, productive and skilled. What more could One possibly need. Thank you. Highly recommended! Best of the best!
I've had the great pleasure of working with Phil in two different companies, which is a testament to the level of respect and admiration I have for him, both as a colleague and as a person. Having worked with him at Adam Young, and again at ShopWiki, I couldn't say enough about his inherent ability to bring a team together under changing (and sometimes difficult) circumstances. His level of creativity is boundless, almost surpassing that of a comedian, and his keen understanding (and consumption) of the online medium & technology is evident in the way he quickly spots trends before they're recognized in the market. More importantly, he has been a great asset to both companies in which we've worked together, and if I have another chance to work with him again, I'd do so without a moment of hesitation.
Phil was an excellent coworker. He is organized, articulate and well versed in internet technology. He spent a great deal of time organizing our work flow and making sure our department functioned as a unit. Phil also helped acclimate me to ways of Shopwiki and spent time training me. I learned a lot from him.
Philip spent more than three years as a Nassau County Assistant District Attorney, where he was responsible for the prosecution of felonies as part of the County Court Trial Bureau and managed more than a thousand felony and misdemeanor cases. Working closely with judges and opposing counsel, he tried multiple jury and bench trials, and was formerly assigned to high litigation specialty courtrooms devoted to DWI offenses.
Prior to his work in the District Attorney’s office, Nash also served as a summer associate at a Long Island medical malpractice law firm, and as a General Litigation Bureau intern at the Office of the Nassau County Attorney in Mineola, NY. He has served as a Special Professor of Law at Hofstra Law School since August 2015, where he teaches trial advocacy skills and techniques in preparation for interscholastic mock trial competitions.
A cum laude graduate of Hofstra Law School, Nash served as an Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review and President of the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association. He received his undergraduate degree from American University in Washington, D.C.
