For roughly 3 months I was stressing out expecting the worst from my court case. Mr. O'Connor made the process so much more easier and helped me out! I'm incredibly thankful for his help. I got into an accident on a suspended license, I was facing a class A misdemeanor. Mr. O'Connor was able to remove the misdemeanor charge, get me court supervision and remove the ticket from my record. (Keep in mind too I have a slightly horrible driving record) I was in the court room for all of 5 minutes, if even that. It took longer to find parking than it did to hear my case. Being 19 years old, I could have easily messed up my record. Thank you again Mr. O'Connor for helping me!

I am currently a criminal defense attorney at Ramsell and Associates, L.L.C. I have handled literally hundreds of DUIs and criminal offenses of all types. I have fought for my clients by going to trial, and I have negotiated serious charges down to low-level offenses. Prior to the firm, I clerked for the Homicide Task Force at Cook County Public Defender's Office and the DuPage County Public Defender's. I earned a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School, a M.A. from Purdue University Calumet, and a B.A. from The University of Illinois at Chicago. I also served in the U.S. Army for 4 years and in the National Guard for 6. I am currently a member in good standing of the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage Bar Association, the Cook County Bar Association, and the National College for DUI Defense.
