My practice brings together elder law and special needs practices with high net-worth estate planning. Are you worried about paying for expensive long term care or have a family member with special needs that could lose benefits if he or she inherits? I have tools for those public benefits (such as SSI and TennCare/Medicaid) to address those problems. Worried about estate or gift taxes? There are tons of things we can do to help you there.
