Paul's work was timely and on point. He was eager to learn, and he would be an asset to any firm needing a young associate.
In the summer Paul Shelton worked for our firm, he took strong initiative and followed through. He was very responsible while in our employ, and earnest concerning his work.
Paul is a highly motivated worker with tremendous initiative and drive, and nowhere was this more evident than in his work assisting in the development of the Student Alumni Association at Northwestern State University. Paul performed initial baseline research comparing similar organizations at institutional peers and then participated in establishing the group through the Department of Alumni Affairs and served on the executive committee, helping to determine the scope and objectives of the group once formed. He played an instrumental role in ensuring that current NSU students become more engaged while on campus so that the affinities for culture and tradition that make one a good alumnus are in tact when students graduate and begin their careers. Paul is also affable, friendly, and remarkably intelligent. His best days are ahead of him, but some really good ones are nearer in the future than he may even realize.
Paul is an outstanding young man with a bright future. He is very intelligent and an extremely hard worker. I highly recommend
