A simple call back seems to be a trait that's hard to come by today. If I do get a call back , with most attorneys , it usually leaves me with more questions than answers. That all changed when I hired Patrick for a very complicated Real Estate transaction that had multiple moving parts. The deal could have died on several occasions but his tenacity and smarts kept it all together. While everyone expects the best from their attorney , I got that and then some including attentiveness and quick call backs. He handled the Purchase agreement , loan documents, easement requests and intense negotiations with a local municipality from whom the property was being purchased from. Bottom line: He never over promised but instead he over delivered. A true professional in every sense of the word.
