I used Patrick to close on a house I recently purchased. He was knowledgable, efficient and thorough and got it closed out swiftly with no issues distrusting the seemless transaction. I plan on using him for any and all of my real estate transactions in the future.

I thought my divorce was going to be simple, but after many failed attempts at serving my ex, Mr. Holmes had to get a process server involved to help us move forward. Mr. Holmes was honest and encouraging every step of the way. Even when I felt like we had everything going against us, he still reassured me, and more importantly, proved to me that he not only knew what he was doing, but was an attorney I could actually trust. I would recommend everyone facing this tough battle do it with Mr. Holmes on their side.

Patrick is dedicated to zealously advocating for his clients through diligent and meticulous legal representation. Admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2016, he has been part of the Stubbs & Perdue, P.A. legal team since August, 2016. His practice areas focus on Domestic Law, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Alimony, Post Separation Support, Equitable Distribution, DUI/DWI and Firearms Law. As a law student Mr. Holmes clerked for the Honorable Walter Mills in 2014 and was employed as a Summer Associate with Stubbs & Perdue, P.A. in 2015. Mr. Holmes serves as a volunteer Attorney and Judge for the North Carolina Teen Court Association.
Patrick is a cum laude graduate from North Carolina Central University School of Law where he served on the Executive Board of the North Carolina Central University Law Review. Prior to entering practice, Mr. Holmes earned his B.A. in Psychology from University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
