  I always thought I didn't need a Trust because I didn't have children. Patricia educated me on the importance of having a Trust even though I don't have children or a husband. I do have three brothers, a nephew and a mother I love deeply so having a Trust will make liquidating my estate so much easier for them. Per Patricia's guidance I now see having a Trust is a gift I leave my family. Throughout the process of creating a Trust Patricia made it easy and stress free. I have a binder with all the info my family needs and a sense of relief knowing I'm not leaving a pile of work for my family.   Estate planning had been on our list of 'to-do's' for quite some time, so I reached out to Patricia after a referral from a friend - and I'm very happy that I did. She explained the procedures to us in a way that we (non-legal savvy types) could understand, and she held our hands through the entire process. Now we have a binder with our estate plans, wills, health care directives, trust info, etc - all the info anyone would need in one handy spot.
