Patricia is one of a kind. Not only she is knowledgeable about estate planning techniques and the laws and regulations that govern estate planning, she is friendly and personable. She asks all the right questions and takes her time and values her clients wishes. If you are looking for a patient and knowledge attorney, Patricia is the one.
I have referred Patricia to many of my buyers when they are purchasing a home and I know they will be well taken care of. It is so important to know who your home goes to and who will take care of your children if you are no longer around. I tell everyone to call Patricia. She is honest, straight forward, knowledgeable and professional.
I attended two estate planning talks that Patricia gave. She is clearly very knowledgeable in the field, is able to answer a wide scope of questions, and is also extremely personable. I kind of wish I didn't already have an estate plan so I could hire her. I highly recommend speaking to Patricia for all your estate planning questions.
I always thought I didn't need a Trust because I didn't have children. Patricia educated me on the importance of having a Trust even though I don't have children or a husband. I do have three brothers, a nephew and a mother I love deeply so having a Trust will make liquidating my estate so much easier for them. Per Patricia's guidance I now see having a Trust is a gift I leave my family. Throughout the process of creating a Trust Patricia made it easy and stress free. I have a binder with all the info my family needs and a sense of relief knowing I'm not leaving a pile of work for my family. Best all I know my estate will go to my family and not into probate court and into the hands of the government. Thank you so much Patricia, you created a safe place for me to discuss my concerns and family dynamics. I appreciate your compassion and not-judgement.
Estate planning had been on our list of 'to-do's' for quite some time, so I reached out to Patricia after a referral from a friend - and I'm very happy that I did. She explained the procedures to us in a way that we (non-legal savvy types) could understand, and she held our hands through the entire process. Now we have a binder with our estate plans, wills, health care directives, trust info, etc - all the info anyone would need in one handy spot. We also needed a special needs trust created for our son - so she brought in a partner attorney and worked with her to get everything done. So glad we did this, and so glad we did it with Patricia!
Patricia made a scary process much less daunting with her warm demeanor and organized process. Her price is fair, and she outlines the work you need to do very well. Highly recommend her services if you're in the frame of mind to ensure your family is taken care of if the worst happens.
I have been Patricia's bookkeeper for over a year, and I love it when I come across people who are truly passionate about their profession. Patricia is definitely one of those people. She is very dedicated and conscientious with her clients and truly wants them to have a solid estate plan in place for their protection. As someone who finds the prospect of hiring a lawyer to be intimidating and overwhelming, I appreciate that Patricia holds estate planning workshops to help educate those who are just starting to think about their estate. She is down to earth and has a fun sense of humor, but at the same time is a very hard worker, extremely professional, and is dedicated to her craft.
When was the last time you felt completely at ease regarding the future? Patricia's clients experience exactly that with apple pie and champagne to boot. If you are incapacitated or if you die without an estate plan, it can be exceedingly costly and time consuming for your loved ones. It's painless when you've got the right professional by your side. Patricia's passion for proactive planning is palpable from the moment you first hear her talk about what she does. From that step to the moment she hands you your estate plan in a personalized binder which will also contain all of you other important information, you'll be covered by more than an expert- one who really cares.
I am thrilled to have met Patricia! She has introduced me to a world of getting life organized while most importantly, taking care of those that you love and trust. I highly recommend having a conversation with her if you are thinking of setting up a will or trust. Patricia knows Estate Planning!
Patricia is an excellent attorney. She is detail-oriented and conscientious, and as a bonus, she has a great sense of humor! Highly recommended.
Patricia was such a pleasure to work with and she all but added to my incredible second year of law school Summer Associate experience! She was always available to discuss each and every complex issue I faced all the while providing valuable insight, advice and guidance. Thank you again Patricia for your wisdom and shaping my own practice skills!
I bring people peace of mind by crafting personalized, values-based estate plans. My plans include powers of attorney, advance health care directives, trusts, wills, guardianship designations, and more to protect my clients, their loved ones, their assets, and their legacies in the event of the unexpected and the inevitable.
My work can be challenging, because talking about death and incapacity is not easy for most people. That's why I take a relationship-based approach and help people focus on their values. This is the most rewarding work I have ever done, and it brings me happiness and satisfaction every day.
