Choosing and hiring an attorney is an important process. This is what you will get when you hire me. I, as your attorney, will personally handle all aspects of your case and I will make sure that you get the best possible outcome.
Remember that you get what you pay for. If you hire an attorney only because he/she is the most "affordable" option for you at the time, you may end up paying more in the end ... not just financially. Buyer beware.

Attorney Patricia R. Casarez-Lodhi was born and raised in Laredo, Texas, and she speaks both English and Spanish fluently. She understands the cultural and societal norms that affect all of our Spanish-speaking communities. Patricia is the youngest of five children, so she knows and understands the importance of family unity.
She has been a practicing attorney since 2010 and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She earned her law degree from NKU’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2009, and additionally, she earned her MBA from The University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business in 2012. She is also currently pursuing her certification in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University.
Before becoming an attorney, Patricia was a high school Language Arts teacher for several years before she decided to attend law school. She taught in Laredo, Texas at JB Alexander High School, and in Lexington, Kentucky at Lafayette High School.
Patricia devotes her time to working for clients with diverse needs, including immigration issues, creating wills and/or trusts, probating estates, drafting numerous business contracts for small business owners, and other transactional law-related topics.
