I hired Olga to help me terminate a co-signer petition (I-130)that I signed for my FOB(on visitors visa) soon to be ex-husband. The situation was very difficult and stressful. All documents were signed and sent to US CIS for processing in the spring of 2018. By the end of summer my husband started threatening me that he has no intent to work. And it is my problem and responsibility to support him financially, regardless of our marital status. All because I signed I-130 petition. I was desperate, needed someone to consult, and fix it before the petition is approved. Friend referred me to Olga. At first, I was hesitant. Her practice is in CA, I am in WA. But because I was running out of time I decided to start working with her. Working with Olga was great. Even though we never met in person, everything went great. In less then a moth after Olga submitted withdrawal request, the original I-130 was canceled!!!
I consulted Ms. Olga Guzhva about my mothers B2 stay extension application that I have applied in Decemeber but have not heard back from USCIS up til now, so I was confused as what to do in this situation and contacted Ms. Olga Guzhva and asked her opinion about that. Her response was very clear, prompt, insightful and useful for us. I really appreciate her help and advice that she gave me.

On these occasions, Ms. Guzhva kindly volunteered to assist me with managing and completing a range of key duties and tasks, often to meet pressing deadlines. Such duties and tasks included scheduling administrative hearings, communicating with the appellant, drafting all necessary official forms and correspondence in connection with the scheduled administrative hearing, and managing multiple cases through all stages of adjudication at OMHA. Ms. Guzhva's assistance on these occasions was invaluable and her work product was reliably exemplary. Based on my professional experience with Ms. Guzhva, coupled with the outstanding recognition Ms. Guzhva received for her service at OMHA, I am confident Ms. Guzhva possesses the education, skills, experience, and moral character to succeed in a law office and the legal profession.
