  I have been involved in a probate case with my sister for three and a half years now. It seemed to be getting nowhere, and I was actually referred by my priority attorney to Olena. She took on a case that was stuck and had no movement whatsoever. Within two meetings with her (one to confirm what had transpired before I had hired her, and to go over the living trust.) Within three weeks she set up mediation. I had no idea what this woman was made of but I found out early on in mediation. Olena is a tiger at negotiations, and actually forced the opposing attorney to bend to her demands. Needless to say I was amazed at her knowledge and ability to read and work with people, especially opposing attorneys and still get what she wants for you the client. I would very highly recommend Olena for your next council if you wish for the results that I received. Remember Olena took three years of stalemate and resolved the issue in less than a month. What more can you say about your council? It was truly a rewarding and amazing experience. This is just a personal opinion that I formed after my case but, I feel Olena is in a class by herself. I'm sure you will agree with me whether you have a consultation or hire Olena. If only there were ten stars........

  My Uncle and I hired Olena Likhachova to help us with a Trust dispute and the results we received were better than we expected. Olena's knowledge of the law is outstanding and we were impressed with her presentation as she argued our case in court. Where some attorney's come off as aggressive and overbearing, Olena is soft spoken and has a quiet confidence with an amazing ability to recall facts. She is a wonderful listener, asks great questions, worked tirelessly on our case and kept us informed every step of the way as to what to expect and how we should approach it. At one point in the process we were not sure if we would get the outcome we wanted but Olena suggested an alternative approached which proved to be a much better solution for us. Amazing is the best word I can use to describe Olena Likhachova and I would hire her again in a heartbeat! We are very very pleased with the outcome!
