Noel is an exceptional health facility leader and compliance specialist. At PPOA, within 6 months he completely turned around an ASC in Plano, TX achieving AAAHC and Medicare-Deemed Status after it failed the year before while preparing two other ASCs for reaccreditation inspections. As an attorney, he knows healthcare governance and compliance, and did a great job with board member and physician relations.
Noel Pace has excellent people skills. He knows how to get things done by using teamwork.
Noel's accumen as a leader, professional, and administrative executive are exceptional. Whether working on Department of the Army level policy or addressing training gaps as the lead FORSCOM manager for the Army Trauma Training Center, Noel excels. His focus and drive foster collaboration and drive teams to succeed. I would gladly work with or for him again at any time.
"Noel is the consumate healthcare executive and leader. He did an outstanding job as President of the South Florida Healthcare Executive Forum (SFHEF) leading it to rank in the top 10% of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) chapters nation-wide two years in a row. He provided great exposure for our company ProMD at SFHEF education and networking events. I have known him for few years and can unequivocally say that he is a smart, professional, experienced and dedicated good leader."
When I worked with Noel, he was in a difficult situation, which he managed very well. He executed a full turnaround effort while undercapitalized and understaffed. Under his leadership, the facility increased its surgical caseload from 200 to over 500 surgeries a month, achieved profitability, and passed all inspections by the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (ACHA) for Licensure, Pharmacy, Risk Management, Building and Fire Safety. A truly outstanding effort
