I hired Mr. Patel in 2014 for a child custody case. Mr. Patel was reprimanded by the State of Florida due to negligence in my case. He showed up to court hung over, unprepared and embarrassed myself and my family. Mr. Patel is a total disgraced to society! Not only did he fail in representing me, he also took my money for personal use. (Which I never was able to get back) The money he requested was for his time and to be used in obtaining evidence to prove my case, he never obtained any of it. To say the least in the middle of my case Mr. Patel was unreachable multiple times for weeks and even months. I did have to hire a new attorney to finish out my case which cost me even more money I did not have at the time. Please do your research, I would highly recommend researching his criminal background in the state of Florida.
Nishit, helped my family navigate child custody in an international case. His style and ideas pleased both parties and we were able to settle issues outside of the courtroom. I would absolutely recommend Nishit as he is versatile attorney.
